Images work the best when they’re in dark ink on white paper with no shadows on the page. If you send an image on lined paper or with excessive shadowing on the image, there will be an additional $10 charge for us to edit the image. If we cannot work with your image as it is, we will send you the link for the additional editing or give you the option to submit a different image.

The engraving on these bracelets is professional laser engraving. It is down into the metal, and not just a black mark on the surface of the metal. It cannot rub off or fade away.
